An old barn surrounded by fog provides rustic visual appeal. These images of rural Americana were taken along backroads of Iowa. Scenes like these serve as reminders of a time family farms were common place instead of corporate agricultural companies that occupy much of rural America today.
In the swamp of Caddo Lake is a place were the heads of catfish stay. Put there by the local fisherman. Here the insects and birds feast on what the lake gives back. The egrets fly soaring looking for anything the lake may offer up. Truly an experience to be apart of.
