     The flight of this elegant egret singularly beautiful as it moves thorough the air with such ease and grace. It is nearly impossible for any individual, who takes the least pleasure in observing the manners of birds, not to be delighted by the sight while in flight. Gliding along easily flapping, it rises in wide circles then to great height, inclining in various ways to assist the direction of its course, soon to soar away to find a resting place only to do all over again.
