Pawnee Buttes

What I'm learning, however, the greatest of pleasure comes unexpectedly, wending its way into the heart before the judgmental mind has its say. Standing on the prairie looking at the vast grasslands that once carried early settlers to their destination, listening to various birds that dominate the land, and feeling the immense solitude in which the mind has no say; the silent presence calls you to the here and now.
